INGREDIENTS METHOD INGREDIENTS Sweet Potatoes Parsnips Vegetable Stock Water Fresh Rosemary Turmeric METHOD 1. Cube sweet potato and parsnip. 2. Oven heat oil roasting tin in a for 3 or 4 mins at 180C, with lots of rosemary and turmeric. 3. Add the veg and roast for 45mins. 4. Transfer the veg and any oil and add veg stock, also made with extra rosemary and turmeric. 5. Blend till all the cubes are no more. 6.
